MORE UPDATES ON NTFQ2
Construction of NTFQ2 is about 80% completed.
In the meantime, the latest Life Fitness equipment from the States has arrived and awaiting installation. The special flooring has also arrived from overseas and our BIG ASS FANS which will be another amazing architectural feature has come in from the States as well.
We are working with both fitness managers, Ms. Claire Wiley and Mr. Cyril Terrones to design the best and latest fitness programs for the club. From power yoga, power tone, core circuit training, Pilates on equipment, and many more. Each member will receive a fitness and health assessment when joining the club, and be provided with an exercise program personally designed to reach your goal. A nutritional program will also be included to guide you through the process – particularly for weight loss.
For the health conscious parents, your membership will also provide after school programs for children, such as martial arts classes, gymnastics and dance under supervised instructors.
To set ourselves apart from other spas focusing on selling products, we will offer quality and professional treatments with focus on your body and its physical challenges such as back pain, or muscle strain. Our massage therapists will be trained to provide sports massage treatments and/or accupressure to relieve chronic pain.
Members will be able to log onto the website, enter their user ID and schedule group exercise classes, book a spin bike, schedule a personal training session, or a massage treatment. You can even order a muffin and coffee to go after your training from our cafe.
It is our intention to make NTFQ2 the best neighborhood destination for fitness and social gatherings. To continue our philosophy of providing the best quality personal service, we will limit our membership to 500. There will be a waiting list once we reach our target.
