Because of the bike design, which resembles a road bicycle,spinning is non-impact to the joints. It is safe for anyone with knee or hip problems to spin with proper guidance.

NICOLE has designed many different drills with upbeat music during a session to work your lower-body muscle groups as well as your core abdominals. Provided that you peddle correctly, spinning is a minimal impact exercise unlike running, aerobic-stepping or using the Stairmaster. We also add free weights to work on upper body strength during spinning classes.
