PRIVATE TRAINING

Since everyone has different sizes and shapes, has different fitness levels, and different goals, NUTRIFORT can design a personalized exercise program for each client. All clients need to have a comprehensive assessment session to determine their fitness level and their medical history before working out.

NICOLE will then design a personalized exercise program for each client. We will provide private trainers to monitor clients 2 to 3 times (one hour each session) per week at your time and place of convenience. Because the time spent in the gym is efficient and consistent, clients will see results within the first weeks. Exercises usually consist of weight training and a cardiovascular workout as well as flexibility and stability exercises. The synergy of all these exercises is imperative for the safest and most expeditious results, whether your goal is to lose weight, or gain lean muscle.
