Pilates on the Reformer, Pilates on mat, TRX suspension, Spinning, Circuit Training, Strength Training, Pregnancy Training and Post Natal Training on the Pilates Reformer, Yoga, and Kids Fitness.

Our NuTriFort Q2 (District 2) specializes in group classes with Spin studio, Pilates equipment studio, fully equipped gym and group class studio. We have short term memberships (1 to 3 months) and daily pass for visitors. For long term residents, we offer a week trial. Kids under 17 years old can come join free of charge. Cardio Spin: This high-energy class helps you ride your way to becoming a lean machine. Consisting of varying speeds, resistance levels and intensities targeted at raising your heart rate and toning your lower body. 60 minutes - All levels.

Kick Boxing: A circuit class that combines punching and kicking techniques sparring with the instructor or hitting the punching bag. Full body workout. 60 minute session. All levels.

Pilates: This class will help build core strength, flexibility and agility. Each exercise will aid in posture alignment, balance and economy of motion. 60 minutes - All levels.

TRX Suspension Training: A complete total body training and efficient workout routine using your own body weight to develop flexibility, durability, core strength and stability. 60 minutes - All levels.

Hatha Poorna Yoga: This combines  focus on mindfulness, breathing and physical movements. This class helps to increase energy levels and muscle tone, relief from muscle pain and stiffness, improved circulation.

Meditation Yoga: Meditation is silencing the incessant chatter of the restless mind.  Meditation silences the restless waves of mind, thereby preserving soul energy leading to good health, peace of mind and wisdom of life.

Power Yoga: This class is a flow practice that heals, detoxifies and exhilarates the body and mind with emphasis on movement, balance and intention. A great class for those who are ready to sweat and get introduced to yoga. All levels.

Circuit Training: Using state-of-the-art fitness training equipment, this class provides a well rounded workout for the entire body. 60 minutes - All levels.

Cardio Mix: A high energy, fat burning workout that incorporates traditional high and low impact moves with athletic aerobic movements. This format delivers a perfect combination of the "endorphin high" you crave and a great sweat!

Core Crunch: Flatten your abdominals and strengthen your mid-section in no time at all. This class is for all fitness levels; get closer to those “six pack abs” with this balanced core strengthening class.

Cardio Barre: A unique, high energy/ no impact exercise class that uses a barre, with continual fat burning motion. Central to the workout are toning exercises for the butt. legs, torso and arms to sculpt and elongate muscles. Working at the barre will give you sense of center and balance that allows you to concentrate on the muscle group you are working on, maximizing the bodies full potential.

Butts and Guts: Trains and tightens all regions of the lower body and core. This concentrated 45-minute toning class focuses on the abs, glutes, legs and lower back using light weights and body resistance.

Stretching class: This class helps to heal troubled muscle areas recover from all cardio and resistance exercises. Active Stretching will help you add flexibility to your fitness routine and decrease chances of injuries. The stretching done in class is gentle, specific and focused. Fitness M2B: Research found that exercise during pregnancies can help mothers feel better, give them energy, improve their mood and sense of well-being, eases discomforts such as backaches, constipation, bloating, swelling and fatigue. Exercise can also prepare mother for the rigors of labor and delivery, improves their sleep and help them recovers from childbirth more quickly.

Aikido: The word "Aikido" is made up of three Japanese characters: AI - harmony, KI - spirit, or universal energy, Do - the Way. Thus Aikido is "the Way of Harmony with Universal Energy." Aikido is first and foremost a martial art but it is also much more. At its most basic level Aikido is a system of throwing, joint-locking, striking and pinning techniques. Aikido can be a path of personal discovery and character improvement. If you train hard you will see improvements in many areas of your life.
